Four-player team scramble – A, B, C & D player based on handicaps.
Team handicaps will be determined by dividing the total team handicap by 4. If the total team handicap is 50, then the team will get 12 strokes where they fall on the card. If the team is getting a stroke on a hole and scores a par, then a birdie will be recorded.
Points will be awarded as follows: 8 for Double Eagle – 6 for Eagle – 4 for Birdie – 2 for Par – 1 for Bogey– 0 for Double Bogey – Minus 1 for Triple Bogey.
Each team will play three 18-hole rounds. At the end of round one and round two the team captain will eliminate a player. Therefore, round one will be a four-player scramble, round two a three-player scramble and round three a two-player scramble.
After 54 holes the two teams with the highest point total will play the final 18-hole match for $1,000,000. Previous point totals will be zeroed out and the team scoring the highest point total in the final round will be declared the champion. Players who were previously eliminated from their teams will return to play the final round if their team makes the cut. The final round will be played as a four-player team scramble.
In all rounds of competition, each team can call on one of the celebrity Pros to hit a shot for them once during every six holes. The same celebrity Pro cannot be used more than once in 18 holes.
